Relationships
Historically, the concept of marriage has included cooperation for the purposes of survival. It’s been an essential element for much of human history.
Today there are new opportunities for individuals. These opportunities bring a new awareness. An awareness of knowingly relating to others in ‘spiritual partnership’. It’s a partnership meant to enhance the spiritual growth and authentic power of each.
To do this requires being able to distinguish between fear and love within you. Then, to act and speak from the loving parts — while you’re experiencing fear.
It’s quite a challenge.
A relationship based on physical and/or emotional needs is not always a spiritually equal relationship. Instead there is an inventory of ‘giving’ and ‘getting’ in physical and emotional areas, leaving spiritual needs over looked or perhaps unacknowledged until late in life.
A partnership of mutual spiritual assistance is intended to enhance the spiritual growth and fulfillment of each.
It’s a partnership where each helps the other become more emotionally aware of what’s going on inside of them and then to make responsible, loving choices.
These are choices based in love for which you are willing to take responsibility for, accept the consequences of, and act upon, for the purpose of the spiritual fulfillment of all in this life.
